Drama Must Die.
some people look for drama to feel alive. if people are wired like robots, everyday we would do the same things over and over again and could care less. but nooo, a lot will seek unnecessary drama and emo action so that they have something to rant about in the blogs, something to talk to their posse and an excuse to drown booze by the weekend - ultimately it makes them feel alive and important. Also, some people take too much photos of themselves as they show and tell: "look at me, i'm hot, indulge me". While others are innocently are just into themselves, posting pics of their pretty adobe edited faces with expensive clothing and digital cameras. Also, nice beaches + nice good looking friends, preferably with less clothing = cam-whores priceless moment.

Cebu is romantic=?
tangled electric wires hang loose around claustrophobic smokey hazy dusty potholed streets with stagnated ditches wafting a smorgasbord of smells to the one who dare walk the virtually nonexistent sidewalks clogged of shirtless unemployed bulked bums and grimy homeless hobos smoking and chatting with hustlers selling anything from single yosi sticks to green mangoes every 3 meters of so. There's Bootlegged dvds, Cd's, t-shirts and heaps of old who-knows-from-where ukay2x clothing shops. People wear flip-flops and t-shirts while in ayala and/or I.T. park, you can actually find someone wearing a parka or a windbreaker.

The shinier the better, the more western the hotter.
when people would rather die for the newest cell phone model than demand their employers for better health care, there's something wrong with us. all these phone craze for the stylus, touch screen pads, pda's, audio's / video's, built in t.v.'s. and the general penchant taste for the nouveau is exceedingly decadent beyond our actual capacity. Like men with small penises who drive hummers and large pick-ups, this is our way to compensate the fact that our society is a light year behind western technology.
why does my cousin and uncle go crazy with the latest NBA game? How does a game between two american states translate to entertainment for these Asians halfway around the world? Do they self identify with any of the teams playing? And why?
